Use a mild detergent: Aggressive detergents can damage the delicate fabrics of your shapewear. You should therefore use a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener and bleach, as these can also damage the material.

Air drying: After washing, your shapewear should not be dried in the dryer. Allow it to air dry, either lying flat or hanging up. Avoid direct sunlight as this could discolor the material.

Careful storage: To maintain the shape of your shapewear, store it carefully. Fold it neatly and store it in a drawer or on a hanger. Avoid direct sunlight and humid environments.

Replace when needed: Shapewear is designed to give your body support and shape, but over time the material can lose elasticity and effectiveness. Replace your shapewear when it no longer provides the desired support or is worn out.

Right of return

Returns within 14 days: Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all labels and linings.

Please wear underwear: We ask you to wear underwear when trying on the garments, as we reserve the right to refuse returns if signs of wear are visible.

International returns: Returns from abroad are accepted. However, the return costs and any customs duties shall be borne by the customer.

Final sale items are excluded from the right of return: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned even within 14 days.
